The Järvi Academy Youth Symphony Orchestra consists of the participants of the Järvi Academy string, wind and percussion masterclasses. In addition to orchestral playing, the young musicians will also receive tuition during the week from the top musicians in their field: soloists of the Pärnu Music Festival and Järvi Academy, players from the Estonian Festival Orchestra and professors of European, but also American higher education institutions.
The Järvi Academy Youth Symphony Orchestra is conducted by the participants of the Järvi Academy conducting course participants. The conducting masterclasses are led by Paavo Järvi, Neeme Järvi, Kristjan Järvi and Leonid Grin.
