Brazilian-born Fábio Brum is an international trumpet artist. He has lived and studied in five different countries and appeared in more than thirty countries around the world as a soloist, orchestral performer and teacher. During his career, he has won several prizes and awards at international music competitions, such as at the Cittá di Porcia International Competition, the Prague Spring International Competition, the Juan García Marín International Trumpet Competition, Ellsworth Smith International Trumpet Competition. Fábio has acted as Principal Trumpet of the Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira (Brazil) and Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla (Spain) for over 10 seasons. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville (USA) and of the Hochschule für Musik, Karlsruhe (Germany). Fábio is an active collaborator and exclusive artist of the distinguished musical instruments company STOMVI, based in Valencia, Spain.
